- Kate Merritt Added July 12, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We have had a terrible time with these guys. We got the mower fixed before Christmas and the next time we used it, it died again. Not only that, but the wait was a few weeks, and we asked them to give us a call when they knew what the problem was and how much it would cost us so we could make sure we had the cash. They didn't, they were clearly excited they had got it done before the quoted time, and were very rude when we were not happy when they had "decided what we were able to spend" getting it fixed. Communication and workmanship is appalling. And this is the second time we have got treated like this (and had the mower die not long after they had "fixed" it). Never again.
